Eng. Al-Mahmood was CEO of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI).
He oversaw BCCI's activities towards supporting the private sector and expanding Bahrain in the international market. He helped the management in effectively planning strategies related to formulating the chamber's missions, policies, objectives and programs. He established the Enterprise Initiative center of the BCCI.

He was Chief of Bahrain International Investment Park (BIIP), he was responsible of developing, marketing and managing the Park.

Eng. Al-Mahmood is Founder & Vice President of Ebtikar Association.
